Why coffee? Six years ago, Josh had a cup that blew his mind; he had no idea how complex coffee could taste. He continues to discover new flavours.
Why does he continue to roast? The pursuit of flavour is what drives him. Making delicious coffee is difficult and he wants to get a close as he can to mastering the craft of roasting.
